Concept of Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009

In relation to securing dangerous material (in case of crisis or terrorism) a meaning of council regulation (ec) no 428/2009 may be outlined, in general regarding European law, as follows: Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 sets up a Community regime for export, transfer, transit and brokering of dual use items. The items are listed in Annex I and Annex IV of the regulation. A secure information exchange regime between the competent authorities of the Member States is set up[1]
