Downstream dumping in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, downstream dumping is: a name given to the practice of selling a component of a product at less than full cost to a home country producer. This producer then transforms the component or incorporates it in another product, thereby gaining a price advantage on export markets. See also anti- dumping measures and dumping.[1]
