In relation to securing dangerous material (in case of crisis or terrorism) a meaning of cyanide may be outlined, in general regarding European law, as follows: A cyanide (Hydrogen Cyanide: AC or Cyanogen Chloride CK) is a chemical compound that contains the cyano group.[1]
