Concept of CLP Regulation
In relation to securing dangerous material (in case of crisis or terrorism) a meaning of clp regulation may be outlined, in general regarding European law, as follows: CLP Regulation – Regulation EC 1272/2008 for Classification, Labelling Packaging of Substances and Mixtures Harmonizes rules in line with the UN Globally Harmonised system of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) and Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH). Radioactive substances are exempted.[1]
