In the context of the English law, A Dictionary of Law provides the following legal concept of Circuit Administrator : A civil servant having responsibility for the administration of the courts within a circuit (See circuit system). He liaises closely with the *presiding judge of the circuit in the allocation of resources and particularly the sittings of judges and recorders.
