Concept of CBRN Resilience

In relation to securing dangerous material (in case of crisis or terrorism) a meaning of cbrn resilience may be outlined, in general regarding European law, as follows: Is the ability to reduce the risk from CBRN attacks (UK definition) or the capacity to anticipate risks and to limit their impact in order to return to the previous state (US definition).[1]
