Concept of Blood Agent
In relation to securing dangerous material (in case of crisis or terrorism) a meaning of blood agent may be outlined, in general regarding European law, as follows: Chemical agents that injure a person by interfering with cell respiration (the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide between blood and tissues). This is a descriptive term for the cyanides.[1]
