Concept of Biodefense
In relation to securing dangerous material (in case of crisis or terrorism) a meaning of biodefense may be outlined, in general regarding European law, as follows: Refers to short term, local, very robust biohazard response, which comprises the means or methods of preventing, detecting, or managing an attack involving biological weapons and measures of protection against emerging infections.[1]
