Beirut Agreement in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, beirut agreement is: Agreement for Facilitating the International Circulation of Visual and Auditory Materials of an Educational, Scientific and Cultural Character. The entries on trade policy are here. Adopted under United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) auspices in 1948. The agreement provides that the parties do not levy import duties or impose quantitative restrictions on the import of defined materials.[1]
