Annex VII countries in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, annex vii countries is: refers to the countries listed in Annex VII to the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures. They are (a) the least developed countries so designated by the United Nations that are members of the WTO and (b) Bolivia, Cameroon, Congo, Côte d ™Ivoire, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Ghana, Guatemala, Guyana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Morocco, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Senegal, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. The least developed countries are exempt from the prohibition on export subsidies. The others are exempt until their GNP per capita reaches $1,000 per year.[1]
