Good governance in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, good governance is: highly desirable attributes of decision-making and decision-implementing processes.The main attributes are participation by all who may be affected, respect for the rule of law, transparency, responsiveness to the views of participants, consensus, equity and inclusiveness, and effectiveness and efficiency. Most importantly, those making and implementing decisions must be accountable to those affected by them. See also Washington Consensus.[1]
