Everything But Arms in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, everything but arms is: a European Union initiative for duty-free and quota- free access to all products except arms originating in least developed countries. The entries on trade policy are here. It took effect on 5 March 2001 for most products. Sugar, rice and bananas will receive free access in stages by 2009.[1]
