Meaning of Spite fence
A fence erected maliciously and with no other purpose thaii to shut out the light and air from a neighbor’s window. Such a fence is a nuisance, for no man has a right to build and maintain an entirely useless structure for the sole purpose of injuring his neighbor. 151 N. C. 434, 440, 19 Ann.
