Meaning of Revenue Bill

A bill for raising revenue and which levies taxes in the strict sense of the word; whose principal object is to raise revenue. The term does not comprehend bills for other purposes which may incidentally create or affect the revenue. See Leveridge v Oklahoma Tax commission , (Okl.) 294 P.2d 809.
