Meaning of Internal Law

That law which would be applied to purely domestic cases without conflicts, or complications, as contrasted to the whole law of a state which is referred to if the doctrine of renvoi is employed. See Pryor v Swarner, (C.A.N.Y.) 445 F.2d 1272.
