In a manner contrary to honest commercial practices in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, a definition of this issue is as follows: the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights gives natural and legal persons the right to have undisclosed information protected by governments and governmental agencies against disclosure, acquisition or use by others in a manner contrary to honest commercial practices. Such practices are defined as at least breach of contract, breach of confidence and inducement to breach. They include the acquisition of undisclosed information by third parties who knew, or were grossly negligent in failing to know, that such practices were involved in the acquisition.
