Description/ translation of diversion (from prosecution) into Spanish: suspensión del encausamiento o de la persecución a prueba; diverted charge: suspensión condicional del encausamiento; a diverted person: persona en situación de encausamiento suspendido; pre-trial diversion: renuncia condicional a la acusación (por parte del fiscal); post-trial diversion: suspensión condicional del cumplimiento de la pena (impuesta por el órgano juzgador); divertee: beneficiario de una diversion; to divert a case: renunciar el fiscal condicionalmente a presentar cargos; period of diversion: período durante el cual el encausado debe cumplir las condiciones impuestas en la diversion[1]
