Meaning of Contract Of Adhesion

A standardized contract usually in printed form, prepared entirely by one party for the acceptance of the other which, due to the disparity in the bargaining power between the draftsman and the second party, must be accepted or rejected by the latter in its entirety, without opportunity for bargaining and under such conditions that the second party cannot obtain the desired product or service except by acquiescence .
