Traditional meaning of caetera desunt in English (with some legal use of this latin concept in England and the United States in the XIX Century) [1]: (in Latin) Other things [the rest] are wanting. Caeteris paribus: other things equal. Caeteris tacentibus: the others silent [ex- pressing no opinion].
