What does Bisexuality mean in American Law?

The definition of Bisexuality in the law of the United States, as defined by the lexicographer Arthur Leff in his legal dictionary is:

Being sexually interested in, and sexually active with, members of one”s own and the opposite sex, though not necessarily to an exactly equal degree. See also AC-DC; androgyny.
