Association of Caribbean States in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, association of caribbean states is: entered into force in August 1995. The entries on trade policy are here. It consists of 25 Latin-American and Caribbean countries. They are Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Surinam and Venezuela plus the members of Caricom. The Association ™s aim is to form the world ™s fourth-largest trading group. The entries on trade policy are here. In December 1995 it adopted an action plan to liberalize trade through measures for the economic integration among members, including trade liberalization, investments, transport and other related areas; promote and facilitate trade and investment; and to promote the region ™s transport and tourism sectors.
