Afdc Case in Connecticut

One in which the recipient of IV-D services is receiving benefits under the Aid to Families with Dependent Children or foster care programs and has assigned to the state the right of support, present, past, and future, due all persons receiving such benefits. Connecticut Regs. §17b-179(a)-1(1).
