(Law Lat. from ad, to, and nihil, nothing). In old English law. To reduce to nothing; to treat as nothing; to hold as or for nought; to avoid. Fleta, lib. 2, c. 63, § 1. Adnichile is used in St. 28 Hen. VIII. c. 7, and adnichilate by old English writers. Rich. Diet.
