Concept of “Acta’., Actes “
Traditional meaning of actes in the French law history (with some legal use in England and the United States in the XIX Century) [1]: (in French) Acts; records; transactions. Acta exteriora indicant interiora secreta (outward acts show inward secrets): acts indicate the intention. Acta diurna: daily records of affairs.
