Meaning of Without Prejudice
Overtures of pacification and any other offers or propositions between litigating parties expressly or impliedly made without prejudice are inadmissible in evidence on grounds of public policy. The phrase without prejudice is used to denote that the person or the party on whose behalf the offer is made is not waiving any of his rights.
Without Prejudice Alternative Definition
