The doctrine is to the effect that a court must submit a case to the jury if the evidence , or a reasonable inference therefrom furnishes a mere glimmer, spark or the smallest trace of support for an issue . See Elba Wood Products, Inc. v Brackin, (Ala.)356 So.2d 119.
