Meaning of Report
In practise , the term denotes a formal statement of recital of facts and findings thereon by a judicial officer , such as a master . An account brought back; a story related ; a tale carried. As a verb, it means to convey or disseminate information ; to give an account of, to relate, to tell. See state v Fenster, 199 A.2d 177, 2 Conn.Cir. 184.
Report Alternative Definition
An official or formal statement of facts or proceedings. A printed or vyritten account of the judicial determination of a case. In this sense, the term is used ordinarily in the plural to denote the published volumes of reports of decisions.
