Those rights which an owner of property has by virtue of his ownership.
Proprietary Rights Alternative Definition
Those rights which an owner of property has by virtue of his ownership. When proprietary rights are opposed to acquired rights, such as easements, franchises, etc., they are more often called “natural rights.”
