Meaning of Non-user
where a person ceases to exercise a right such as an easement , profits a prendr: or such similar right, within the prescribed number of years so that such right is not perfected, it is said to be extinguished by reason of non-user. As used in a products liability case, the term refers to a person who has no real connection or nexus to the instrumentality causing the injury except that he is injured. A bystander .
