In pleading. A plea by which the party who uses it denies that the plaintiff is an executor, as he claims to be; or that the defendant is executor, as the plaintiff in his declaration charges him to be. 1 Chit. PI. 484; 1 Saund. 274, note 3; Comyn, Dig. Pleader (2 D 2) ; 2 Chit. PI. 498.
