One who buys at one price from a manufacturer ora wholesaler for resale at a higher price. Also a person who acts as an agent in bringing two parties together in order that they may negotiate their own contract . See Barbers Super Markets Inc. v Stryker, 500 P.2d 1304, 84 N.M. 181.
