Meaning of Marshal
ministerial officer of the United States to whom the commands of the judicial department are executed and they belong to the executive department of the government . See Cunningham v Neagle (Re Neagle), 135 U.S. 1, 10 S.Ct. 658, 34 L.Ed. 65.
Marshal Alternative Definition
An officer of the United States, whose duty it is to execute the process of the courts of the United States.
