Statutes which allow personal service of the process of court to be made on a defendant who is not a resident of the state , where the subject matter of the suit relates to acts done within the State or having an effect in the State. See International Shoe Co. v State of Washington, 326 U.S. 310, 66 S. Ct. 154, 90 L.Ed. 95.
