Meaning of Ganancial property
That which husband and wife, living together, acquire during matrimony, by a common title, lucrative or onerous; or those which husband and wife or either acquire by purchase, or by their labor and industry, as also the fruits of the separate property which each brings to the matrimony or acquires by lucrative title during the continuance of the partnership. 18 Tex. 634.
