Meaning of Frequent
To visit often; to resort to often or habitually. 109 Ind. 176. To “frequent” a place is to frequently go there, or to be in the habit of going there. Therefore a conviction cannot be sustained under the Vagrant Act for “frequenting” a street, etc., with intent to commit felony, where the evidence does not show that the person has been there more than once. 14 Q. B. D. 93; 49 J. P. 246. He must in fact be seen hanging about the street. 1 Times Rep. 109.
