Concept of “Debitor”

Traditional meaning of debitor in English (with some legal use of this latin concept in England and the United States in the XIX Century) [1]: (in Latin) A debtor. Debitorum pactionibus creditorum petitio nec tolli nec minui potest: a claim of creditors can neither be lost nor modified through agreements made among debtors.
