Meaning of Consimili casu
(Lat. in like case). In practice. A writ of entry, framed under the provisions of St. Westminster II. (13 Edw. I.) c. 24, which lay for the benefit of the reversioner, where a tenant by the curtesy aliened in fee or for life. Many other new writs were framed under the provisions of this statute, but this particular writ was known emphatically by the title here defined. The writ is now practically obsolete.
