Meaning of Compulsion
The exertion of power against the will, wish or consent of another. Synonymous with coercion and means in general some actual or threatened exercise of power possessed by the parties exercising the same. See Blenke Bros. Motors Inc. v Chrysler Corp., (D.C.Ill.) 189 F. Supp. 420.
