The definition of Blind Drive in the law of the United States, as defined by the lexicographer Arthur Leff in his legal dictionary is:

A private driveway entering a public road in such a way that drivers on the road cannot see it, drivers on it cannot see the road, or (frequently) both. Signs are often put up to warn those on the road, and it may be negligent not to do so.
