Adopted Person in Connecticut

Means (A) a person who was adopted under the laws of the state of Connecticut or (B) a person who was adopted in another jurisdiction but whose biological parents have had their parental rights terminated in the state of Connecticut. General Statutes of Connecticut (U.S.) § 45a-743(2) (2013).
